      Pros

      The only pros were the decent wages and the ample amount of opportunities available. This was due to their turnover rate.

      Cons

      -Hiring convicted felons of violent crimes and sex offenders charged with crimes involving children 0-5. -Poor work ethic from majority of staff due to negligence and overworking. -Constant change in plant management leading to inconsistency. -Poor turnover. -inconsistent work schedule.

      Pay fairly well for market standards Some people are friendly

      Cons

      A lot of Management in the plant thinks they are too good for you. Never will take accountability, and will blow everything out of proportion to where the work environment seems like the boy who cried wolf. Since when issues arise, there will be a easy solution, but will focus on the issue and play the blame game to deflect responsibility.
