Great management team under supply chain, great team moral, flow of business and understanding of needs

Hard to say, the supply chain department has great camaraderie

Fun co-workers, nice break room.

Forced to use several weeks of PTO due to “company shut downs”. Too many steps and too hard to get parts ordered that are NEEDED for production. Very little support from higher ups. No room for growth. Company pays at the lower end. Better off somewhere else!
