Every one is caring and compassionate. There is truly a team cohesion. Everyone works together for the best outcome for the patients. Management cares about the employees and allows for criticism and improvements

Cons

There are weekend hours. Sometimes late hours.

Friendly staff, great physicians. Very structured.

Cons

Management too cliquey with certain staff. No room for advancement. Do not actively listen to concerns of employees, unless you are a favorite. Awful work life balance. You can be switched to go work at one of their other sites without much notification.
