Flexible shifts and helpful co workers. Not a lot of surgeries per day; 13 or 14 surgeries top per day. No on calls or weekends.

Cons

Lack of supervision, organization. Need of an upgrade on materials and equipment. Machines constantly in need of repair.

Friendly staff, great physicians. Very structured.

Cons

Management too cliquey with certain staff. No room for advancement. Do not actively listen to concerns of employees, unless you are a favorite. Awful work life balance. You can be switched to go work at one of their other sites without much notification.
