Cons
The management is horrible they treat employees like slaves. Most of managers are zoombies who have no idea what is happening on the floor, they have their positions because they are good in being Yes BOSS to the higher ones; who sit on their laptops and have no idea what happens on the floor. They are iconic in bringing up crappy non practical ideas. Managers are never available for help on the floor, you call them they will not pick up your call so you will have to deal with all the problems by yourself. If you are lucky to have a manager around during a time of complaint the only thing they are good at is giving everything free. They will never try to understand what the problem was so it does not happen again but they will call you and inform you to give the table whatever they want free of cost.The shifts are horrible can extend to 12-14 hours with no choice to leave. Management will hire you as a server but will ask you to clean table bases/chairs/lights without any proper equipment or protection.
