Exploitation Thrives - Server/Bartender OTG Management Employee Review

This is by far one of the worst companies you can work for if you do not have a backbone. I was fine because I never let a manager disrespect me. If you are an immigrant with limited english, good luck being respected. HR is only there for show, I had coworkers complain about managers treating them terribly and HR would do nothing. Pay raise? There were people working there for over 10 years and had barely gotten a raise...Many of them were immigrants.
