Pros
If you're desperate, they'll hire anyone. Don't anchor yourself down to this company. Get out as soon as you can. Another pro, is that you meet great people from all over, but that's about it.
Cons
Poor management, no communication. If you go above and beyond for them once, they'll constantly expect it from and and give you unrealistic expectations. Such as closing one night, and opening the next morning. However, by closing they mean leaving at 11pm and coming back to work at 4am. They also don't follow guidelines.
