Restaurant Manager - Food and Beverage Manager OTG Management Employee Review

The most unstructured company I have ever worked for. This company will mentally and physically drain you.This company has such a low morale that not one manager has plans on sticking around and is always looking for another position elsewhere, not one happy employee and i mean that from multiple locations. The only reason this company survives is that its past TSA security, once inside guests have no other options. Corporate sees the money coming in bypasses everything else. Managers get no sick days no vacation time and build 1 PTO day every 30 days which you can then use as SICK or Vacation day. I can go on and on but that's just a brief intro to OTG
