Senior management, HR, VPs; all a Joke - Manager OTG Management Employee Review

Going into it you know what the hours are going to be like, so you can't complain about it. Especially if you are in management. The compensation for your time is another issue. Upper management mostly come from other restaurants and stores in an airport so you can imagine the kind of mental giants you are dealing with. HR is not your friend, don't fool yourself into thinking that they are. I encountered multiple acts of discrimination and nothing was done about it. They were filed and then brushed under the rug. Seemingly have a problem with women in power. Will lie to your face with a smile even when they know that you know they are lying. Overall just a toxic environment.
