Terrible company they pay for good reviews - Server OTG Management Employee Review

Everything is a con. This job is absolutely terrible. Management has no experience and they get promoted based on whether they're liked or not. Managers are corrupt and contradicting, they do everything they dont allow you to do. They micro manage even if you're doing a great job. I once was told to "walk slower" when we got busy. They are quick to point out your flaws and never acknowledge when you've done a good job. They condescend, disrespect, and create rules as they go. They punish you if they dont like you in order to get you out as quickly as possible. Stay away from this terrible company. Oh also, you only get sick days 90 days after initial employment and only get PTO after a year, and any call outside is 2-3 points and 6 get you fired. So dont have an emergency pr get sick for 90 days after initial employment.
