Unbalanced work - Cook I OTG Management Employee Review

Unreasonable timing of shifts. They will schedule to close at 2 am and open at 6am without batting an eye. You won't have time for anything but this job unless you live near the airport. Employees that have longer tenure but same job do significantly less work. If your house is on fire, they still expect you to show up to work or you'll be penalized with points even for emergencies you can't control. I literally saw that happen to a coworker.
