RUN - Bartender OTG Management Employee Review

This company is a joke, if you have any respect for yourself as a bartender, DO NOT WORK FOR OTG. They are liars, they like to patronize and placate their employees. Everything you see in orientation is FAKE. Management is a mess.. and HR is a whole different story when you’re done with training.. Coworkers (fellow bartenders) are very unwelcoming and rude.. unless they work at the training concept.. those guys are generally nice because you’re doing all the work for them while they make the tips... money is not good unless you have seniority and get to pick your schedule..Beware.
