Horrible, they treat you as though they care nothing about their jobs! - Anonymous employee OTG Management Employee Review

My manager never has the answer, I almost never can find my manager when I need her. My pay check was never right the first 2 months and it was consistently wrong even after visiting HR about 3 times. Anytime I have a question or concern I'm getting belittled by a manager. There not very professional at all. I've been in customer service for about four years now and they do not put their customers first at all!
