Pros
What can I say, working in the airport offers many great opportunities: people watching, celebrity spotting, and feeling cool about your badge clearance. Add that to working for a company that provides sustainable, local, vegan-vegetarian-kosher-gluten free friendly, healthy, made from scratch food at street pricing (who is the second largest provider of public iPads next to only Apple, and why wouldn't you want to work here? That's not even mentioning the the great benefits package! I have never paid less for better health insurance in my life, PTO and sick days for all eligible employees, 401k, pretax transportation cost, and a generous food discount benefit. Also, the lack of crazy checklists and audits (allowing you to actually do your job well) are unmatched in my experience.
Cons
Commuting to the airport is a daily gamble, though to no fault of the company. Being open on all holidays is also a bummer (though blame falls on the airports more than the company on this one), but they pay holiday pay to compensate for that cost of doing business.
