Good money for now Base level employees are kind and sympathize with one another There are changes that are being made, but they've been saying that since I've started

They're currently giving the impression that they're trying to kick old staff out and go in a new direction Very political With the new staff coming in, old staff feel very under appreciated, especially since we've gone through hell to keep this restaurant afloat Management will not listen to employees as to what needs to be done to help the restaurant thrive: we've been telling them to fix things but only to receive a scolding, only recently did they make a few changes that we've been recommending for years but call it their own VERY unhygenic, we advertise freshness, but leave food out for days in chilled sushi cases; we clean our dishes and cups together in a dishwasher meant solely for cups (no employee eats/drinks out of those cups) They're trying to bring in improved customer service the wrong way, we try to tell them otherwise but have been scolded for it Ipads that should speed things up, only help to cause problems A company that only thrives because of the ignorance of it's customers, an absolute embarrassment to work at. I only say I work at a bar at the airport, would never mention the company.
