Pros
When I first got on,it was the answer to my very basic need in a job. Professionalism. That very quickly changed. I will say, after the pandemic, companies were in survival mode and the people at OTG worked hard, and continue to still. It's a S L O W rebuild. Lots of potential, but widely missing the mark.
Cons
The tipping system is horrible. The communication between terminals is horrible. The managment is horrible. There are some who try so hard but they're up against a bigger management system that is admin and dollar focused when it would behoove them to focus more in training staff and customer satisfaction. They absolutely do not listen to hourly employees who run their units day in and day out, instead they micromanage them. the QR code is a huge failure in Houston in my opinion. I cannot quantify the abuse customers have given to the employee because of their displeasure in the system. They do not sit at a restuarant to listen, or learn. They want to be seen and heard.
