-You will be given full time hours (40 hours a week) -You can make good money -Ability to chose whether you want to work in a shared tip pool or in your own section.
Cons
-Super stressful because the location I work at actually has no staff other than servers so we’re responsible for everything, you’ll basically be hosting, serving, bussing, running and dishwashing the whole time. -The managers will not help you or your customers with their issues unless someone is hurt or ill. -You will always be so busy you will never be able to speak to your tables unless you’re dropping off their food or drinks. -Everyone orders off of a QR code and because we have no host/hostess we cannot control the order volume, and lots of times we don’t have what they want available at the moment.
