The best part about his job was leaving it. There aren't any other pros except learning what not to do in business.
Cons
They will change your job responsibilities, or even location, whenever they want without giving you an option. You can never come early enough or stay late enough. They ask that you work a min. Of 10 hour days and expect you to work at least 6 days a week. The turnover rate is ungodly high and staff morales is ungodly low. There is no stability and upper management is completely out of touch with every day struggles of the team. There is no organization and you will never feel like you're doing a good enough job. Do not work here if you have any ounce of self respect or personal life. Avoid this company like the plague.
