Pros

Everyone that works there knows upper management has no clue what they are doing and seem to learn how to make things happen on their own and work as a team. The floor managers and chefs keep this place running, not the suits walking around aimlessly worrying about bruised bananas.

Cons

Lack of leadership, professionalism and most of all communication. We are all working towards the same goal yet being misguided by the people we are supposed to look to for guidance. Upper management makes decisions on their own and never agree with each other, then blame the crew members for not doing the right thing. OTG will also promise you a bonus plan which might as well be non-existent. They take about 6months to pay you that bonus, and god forbid you leave this circus they call a company, they will deny you that money.
