Pros
Salary and bonus on the surface seem good. Hardworking and selfless cooks that keep the ship afloat
Cons
This place has the potential to completely destroy your mental and physical health, especially if you work in the kitchen. Will write you up constantly with no appeals to keep you nervous and afraid for your future with the company. If you make it more than two weeks it's a guarantee you will be written up due to how vast, vague and short-staffed it always is. They will find a reason. The more productive you are the less staff you receive making your job even harder. Upper management is not your friend. If you criticise or provide feedback it will come back to haunt you down the road. They are not interested in hearing your complaints and take them very personally. I had to leave due mistreatment of my staff, I'm only one person and the long hours, apathy, and competitiveness burns out great people. My morals don't allow me to be a part of this toxic culture.
