Health insurance through the union. Higher minimum wage because of working in an airport.
Cons
All decisions must be made by corporate who are not in the property. On duty managers only job is to write up employees. They are not allowed to make schedules, approve schedule changes, 86 items, correct menues, etc. Corporate have no idea howbad things are. They overstaff the restaurants so that it is difficult to make money. We rarely have the menu items and corporate won't 86 them.
