Pros
Within the legal department, current structure allows for a healthy balance of autonomy and support.
Cons
Non-executives do not have offices and instead work in open work stations (that are smaller and more open than standard cubicles), which is manageable but less than an ideal working situation particularly if one is on the phone. A positive aspect, however, of this less than ideal working set-up is that it encourages one to know thy neighbor.
