      Sutron is liek small family. work environment is very relaxed.

      Cons

      Not added benefits. No bonus. Not many levels to go up in hierarchy. only 2 weks paid vacation

      Zero advancement opportunities. Leadership is all inexperienced and incompetent - all new from outside.
