Very friendly , knowledgeable employees, very laid back yet with a sense of purpose and haste, Takes care of the employee usually. Great benefits.

Cons

Expect the company to be number 1 in your life and to average 70+ hour weeks 4-6 months a year. The pay v. responsibility other dealerships offer is low.

Very easy work. Almost everything came down to sheet metal, welding, or fasteners using an AutoCAD (Solidworks) medium.

Cons

Minimal pay at $20/hr, which is pretty unanimously the floor for mech. Eng. Interns in the Buffalo/Rochester area. Upper management and senior staff don't have time to train you properly, which provides limited opportunity to grow your engineering skills.
