Company builds great long lasting products which sell well compared to the competition. Upper management are great. Always updating employees on the state of the company

Middle management usually has no prior experience or not enough. Some site managers are the service managers

Very easy work. Almost everything came down to sheet metal, welding, or fasteners using an AutoCAD (Solidworks) medium.

Cons

Minimal pay at $20/hr, which is pretty unanimously the floor for mech. Eng. Interns in the Buffalo/Rochester area. Upper management and senior staff don't have time to train you properly, which provides limited opportunity to grow your engineering skills.
