      Pros

      Discount on shopping, colleagues are nice.

      Cons

      Grand designs but poor execution, roles can be technical but are WAY oversold on the advert and by the management. Some colleagues are deliberately doing things they shouldnt be and management let them away with it (dont want to leave specifics). Most colleagues looking for new roles.

      Not a bad role to be in. Enjoy the team

      No real complaints. Hard to progress but not an issue if you're comfortable.
