Business Outlook
Pros
Expect everyone to get involved in new things and are always pushing new technology. Opportunities to get involved in different things and different areas, though these opportunities are reducing as the company grows and gets silo-ed & stratified.
Cons
Pay is at the bottom end of industry rates & too many of the management team are poor managers with little or no previous experience managing people or teams. Very little investment in professional training (in my experience).
