Pros
Ocado genuinely lives the values it talks about and the teams that I have worked within are all incredibly supportive.
Cons
Ocado Group is growing massively, however, all its growth is based out of Head Office. There is no real progression outside of moving into the Implementation Team. This is a great place to get hands-on experience of automation that will allow you to apply this knowledge into future roles, potentially outside of Ocado. .
