Pros
Cutting-edge technology, excellent management, and stellar teammates. It is also a great company for career advancement. In my two years with Ocado Group, North America we processed hundreds of promotions.
Cons
While part of a large global company, Ocado Group, North America is virtually a startup. If rapid change and development is something you embrace, it's a great environment, but it may be challenging to those who prefer a more mature structure. Personally, I found it wonderful to have the backing of the large company, but the ability to impact process and growth.
