Pros
Very challenging, you will learn quite a lot of new skills if you're willing to push your self beyond the boundaries of everyday stress.
Cons
Very little to offer in terms of comfortable development plan. A strategy is being implemented, but very late and a lot of valuable employees are leaving due to noncompetitive pay. Senior management creates an impression of caring about their management staff, appreciation is mostly none existent.
