Ocean state is a company that seems genuinely interested in making their associates and store management succeed. The whole interview and onboarding process as well as training has been a pleasant experience. Ocean state offers good benefits and a competitive pay. There are o lot of 'hidden" little perks that make them stand out in a positive way.

The culture is amazing and the hourly associates make it worth your while.
Cons
Compensation for area managers is not good. You can hit hit all your goals and improve your department and still get a meets expectation on your annual review.
