Pros
Benefits- Company sponsored health care Good Pay Worked with great people at the store level. Company is growing and profitable.
Cons
Privately owned- you hear it at every meeting. " We don't have to answer to stockholders!" No desire to retain associates, very high turnover No company match on 401k not enough vacation time. 6 days a week from November til inventory in January. Manager has no discretion on anything except merchandising and that is limited. Dm's and Rm's make most of the decisions for merchandising. Always looking to catch someone doing something wrong. No focus on the positive.
