      Pros

      Great co-workers (some not so great). But we all work together to complete a task. 20% employee discount, and we also get 30% and 40% discounts thou-out the year. Friendly costumers. Managers that will work right along side you. Good pay and hours. Profit sharing. Good health benefits. Winning Free Pizza for best internet sales.

      Cons

      Point system is unfair and outdated. Some favoritism from the managers. No Free Lunch Fridays for everyone, just the office...:( No over time. I would love to have more then 40 hours a week.

      The culture is amazing and the hourly associates make it worth your while.

      Cons

      Compensation for area managers is not good. You can hit hit all your goals and improve your department and still get a meets expectation on your annual review.
