Low pay, favoritism towards certain employees- call out sick all the time, come in late and you get to have pizza and doughnuts with supervisors in office if you're their pet, managers are lazy and want you to do the job of three. You get hired for a certain job but will be required to do other departments even clean bathroom and if not they let you know your department is slow and they will let you go. Managers to not lead by example instead gossip and encourage a bad work environment. Last but not least in February they will cut down all your hours to maybe 4 hours, lay you off or find a reason to fire you.
