      The only thing good about working there is the discount.

      Cons

      Management will promise the world to get you to stay there but do nothing but schedule you beyond the hours you were hired for and still call you to work every day off. Bad bad management.

      The culture is amazing and the hourly associates make it worth your while.

      Cons

      Compensation for area managers is not good. You can hit hit all your goals and improve your department and still get a meets expectation on your annual review.
