Working closely with Owners and Corporate Office associates had afforded me the opportunity to learn a lot in a short amount of time. For my Team and I to test new merchandise and work on developing ideas that are used company wide is something that is considered a privilege and something we thoroughly enjoy doing. Cons
We need more Managers and Associates who are willing to join in our mission to be an employer of choice. With all jobs there are going to be ups and downs, but remember we need people who are willing to put in the effort. Too many people who don’t put in the effort and then decide to negatively describe OSJL.
