      Pros

      HR Department is very micromanaged. Management is very top heavy with very little career growth opportunities. Very set in their ways. Very cheap and do not want to invest in simple things like proper working facilities. I was working in a building where the plumbing burst three times within a 2 month span.

      Pay is very low, below industry standards

      The culture is amazing and the hourly associates make it worth your while.

      Cons

      Compensation for area managers is not good. You can hit hit all your goals and improve your department and still get a meets expectation on your annual review.
