Recently another poster stated they had no words. Well I have plenty. Some posters state the CEO / Owen needs to know what is happening, the reality is that he just doesn't care. This is the same CEO who visits a store and complains about the product choices in the front of the store. Then when he is shown that the direction came from his office, he becomes more unreasonable. The field team turnover should be alarming and shocking to anyone looking from within or from the outside. All three RD's were pushed out and the majority of DM's have been pushed out over the last 5 years. The company mouthpieces will say the RD's and DM's all left on their own, but those with their eyes open know better. Two more DM's out this month, one in New Hampshire ran for the door and the one in RI was pushed out of position. Anyone paying attention can see that this is not healthy. The RD's use the Business Analyst role to groom more bobble heads to replace the people they are targeting. After all the first BA to move to DM has been such a resounding success, LOL. Yes I said targeting, that is all the current group of RD's is good for, other than R1 who can tell you all about her shopping habits. This company and its leadership are so full of lies and deceptive practices that I do not believe they even know truth from fiction any longer. If you can check your integrity at the door, know up and down on command, and have no issues with targeting people....this is the place for you. If you are a true people focused leader, just look at the field team and you will see what happens to anyone who puts people first.
If the owners actually cared, they would hire an outside firm to speak with everyone termed over the last few years and they minds would be blown when they hear the truth about the "leaders" they have entrusted their company to.
