Managent is a disaster. They would rather nitpick at good employees than talk to the ones that do absolutely nothing. Favoritism was terrible. I loved working there at first. But in the end I tried as hard as I could and was blantently told I wasn't ready for a promotion I basically killed myself for! I took on extra tasks and did my original job plus basically 3 other people's jobs because they didn't have the time. But that wasn't enough. The day that I left I got into a disagreement with my manager and she told me to clock out and go home. I know I deserve better than that. And I found better. Don't work here. Don't waste your time or your pride on this job. They don't appreciate anyone.
