      Hr drags their feet with any employee concern. District leaders pick favorites and acts like your issues or life shouldn't matter your scheduled for over 40hrs with no ot pay and if you cut out a minute early your stealing from the company.

      The culture is amazing and the hourly associates make it worth your while.

      Compensation for area managers is not good. You can hit hit all your goals and improve your department and still get a meets expectation on your annual review.
