Pretty good place to work - Anonymous employee Ocean State Job Lot Employee Review

I feel like this company does donation funds way to often, Ukraine fund ended and then they turn around and have an animal rescue donation, I don't like badgering people to donate money constantly. I love that we are helping out but I feel like it's too close together to keep asking people for their money especially during this time of inflation. Also I hate that they can just take your mangers and move them to another store, so much for building a team, took away two of the best managers.
