Cons
If you bump up to sales floor associate, you will tasked with a lot more responsibility and only a 25 cent difference. There other places like stop and shop that pay you more just for stocking. We have to stock, move pallets, be on the register, help customers with heavy objects, and answer the phone. For a 25 cent difference.
