      Pros

      Having a good work life and home life balance is key. Working for ocean state job lot gave me just that. In the almost 3 years I have worked there I have only ever been called into work on a day off maybe 2 times.

      Cons

      None!!! They are the best.

      The culture is amazing and the hourly associates make it worth your while.

      Cons

      Compensation for area managers is not good. You can hit hit all your goals and improve your department and still get a meets expectation on your annual review.
