Cons

Expectations are too high for everyone. Employees are expected to split into two or three people to accomplish all the work. The inventory system is chaos; things that are listed in flyers/sales/tagged are listed under arbitrary names in the system. Goals that are set are unreasonable and if met then a more unreasonable goal will be set with no coaching or support by management. Customers will argue over almost everything and will either throw fits or compline to management when the answers are not what they want to hear. The company will issue policies that place you into the wrong by doing the right thing, such as helping load something into a customer's car. You're given the bare minimal in terms of breaks.

Pros

The culture is amazing and the hourly associates make it worth your while.

Cons

Compensation for area managers is not good. You can hit hit all your goals and improve your department and still get a meets expectation on your annual review.
