      Pros

      nice coworkers, not so long hours and the job is pretty easy.

      Cons

      Schedule is always different, managers all tell us to do different things. I was told we can only have bottled water with us; no coffee, no soda. Doesn't really make sense to me. I tell them daily about days I can't work and I'm ignored.

      Pros

      The culture is amazing and the hourly associates make it worth your while.

      Cons

      Compensation for area managers is not good. You can hit hit all your goals and improve your department and still get a meets expectation on your annual review.
