First and foremost, thank you for nearly 10 years at OSJL. We truly value those who have helped support the company's continued growth. Sounds like you have concerns about work life balance. We do believe in work life balance and our 45 hour work week for leaders is a five hour reduction from years past. Additionally we have provided leaders with a bonus three day weekends throughout the year and on top of a PTO structure allows for unused portions to be carried over each year. Sorry you have left us but we do wish you well for your future career opportunities.
