Don't pay - Certified Nursing Assistant CNA Ochsner Health Employee Review

If you are CNA or a nurse please don't come to ochsner. They are always short CNA workers, they don't pay CNA workers enough, they start you off with 13.95 how can you live off that in the state of Louisiana better yet the city of New Orleans. I will be leaving real soon I should just know one come and work for this company they do not care about their workers and they do not care about the techs. I get it patient comes first but they do not care about their workers at all they will have meetings and get your input on everything but nothing changes. This is a fair warning do not work for this company auction is like working for slave owners
