Pros
Experience is the only great thing about this place in my opinion. You can have the opportunity to cross train and learn to do different things and then use it to get out of there.
Cons
The pay is horrible! It seemed impossible to get paid more $10 as a phlebotomist. You put up with a lot of donor issues along with a lot of work for little pay and because of that, that place has a high turnover rate. You have to go through a 90 day probation before getting your benefits. Management will promote their favorites and/or give them better schedules.
