Being employed at a newly open center that was not fully licensed became difficult due to immature, petty, childish, and short tempered trainers. there are no circles that gossip doesn't travel in and to oppose management even when they are wrong is like asking to go from 40 hrs a week to 25 hrs a week. they will choose whom they favor based on favoritism and will look the other way if you are lucky enough to be buddy buddy with management. during my employment the center director was fired and after that management relied on favoritism and throwing people under the bus. corperate came in and attempted to run the center by hiring more people but they were still just running around with no direction and with no singular direction the chain of command was left to the whims of females that all wanted to cover their buts and give out work to make their work loads easier. I was a processing tech and I was tasked with doing quality assurance job and responsibilities. I have heard how other managers were slowly feeling drowned doing other management's work on top of their own. I was assured that after 90 days that I was to receive a pay raise and then after being lied to by multiple sources and given the run around for more than a week I was then told I would not receive my pay bump and that was after 2 pay checks after my 90 days. A male manager was fired for spending time with an employee and he gets fired so she can keep her job but when the whole center knows that two female managers act more than friends during the day they get to remain employed?
