      Medical benefits are good. If you play your cards right then you can cross train for more money.

      Cons

      You get one break. You are under paid and over worked. You are not recognized for your hard work. The managment team fails to help people with their future. Very selfish people.

      Competitive pay, easy work, great benefits.

      Unexpected additional tasks specifically for MP’s that were someone’s only job in the past (for 0 additional compensation), toxic leadership (specifically the COM’s as they do not possess the skills to manage people in the way a legitimate manager would-hense why they were only ever supervisors previously) that ended up in the positions they have due to recent restructuring, micromanaging everyone to oblivion, complete and utter disrespect from those unfortunate people in make shift supervisory roles.
